Utility virtual machines (UVM) and host-virtual-machine (HVM) virtual machines cannot be moved or copied. These virtual machines cannot be sandboxed. They cannot be assigned to a different management portal, and they do not show up in the list of virtual machines. They are a type of virtual machine, called Utility virtual machines, that was introduced in Windows 8.
